Welcome to History OnPoint!

Welcome to History Onpoint! We are a new YouTube channel centered exclusively on Historically related topics. I will be introducing Historical content on various subjects that may be little known to the casual History student but are exciting and essential nevertheless.

As we move forward in this new channel, there will be lots of videos published in the near future. Most of these video uploads are about subjects that are little known but are a must for one to formulate a better Historical picture.

Putting together content for this channel can be labor intensive but the study of History is my passion. We forget so much about our past, particularly, how much impact even the most minuscule of characters had on the Historical timeline.

History is a relentless master. It has no present, only the past rushing into the future. To try to hold fast is to be swept aside.
John F. Kennedy – POTUS, 1961-1963

Given that, I love the research aspects of this field. There is so much information that has been somewhat forgotten, and I wish to dig up those details and bring them to light for the reader to enjoy.

Difficulty is the excuse history never accepts
Edward R. Murrow

The direction in which I intend to steer the content of this channel is similar to other History channels situated on YouTube. I will upload a number of episodes categorized in seasons but the number of episodes that will constitute a season has not yet been determined. That being said, more than likely, my intentions are to release an episode about once per month. Moreover, please don’t forget to tell your friends about this channel, especially if they are History aficionados.

About Me

History is my passion. For a long time, I have been very interested in our past, and as such, I find myself constantly researching certain events that seem to get a passing mention in the History books.
